TERMS OF SALE

The contract between Rete Unica srl and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Rete Unica. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. Placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment.

The correct order is confirmed by Rete Unica through an e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain an order number, to be used in any further communication with Rete Unica. The message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and to communicate promptly any corrections. In the case of non-acceptance, Exentiae ensure timely notification to the customer.

Rete Unica will invoice of the material, sending it via e-mail to the order, under Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, to the information provided by the Customer. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum amount of each order is fixed at 2.500,00 euro, VAT included. The purchase system will not allow you to validate orders below that amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on Rete Unica as all purchases remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Decree LGS. 206/05, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods.
This right is the right to return goods purchased from the supplier without penalty and without giving any reason, the resulting refund of the purchase price, duly deducted from the shipping costs incurred in the first shipment.

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his professional activities. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and companies, ie those orders where a reference to VAT in module has been inserted.

DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY

The product replacement times depend solely on the policies of the manufacturer and no damage can be obtained from Rete Unica for any delay in performing replacements.

APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer Rete Unica is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence.
